Young Entrepreneurs – How Can We Encourage More?

Mathew was one of the judges in the recently held, Unley City inspired "Fish Tank", an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to present their ideas and inventions.  Mathew will speak on our ability to encourage more young people to take the chance.

Mathew D'Onofrio started the South Australia-based first aid service, Nightlife First Aid, to create a safer party environment among youths after witnessing excessive teenage drinking at parties. A former St. John's Ambulance Australia volunteer and Flinders University nursing student, D'Onofrio has attended some 50 events, watched over thousands of teenagers and prevented more than 25 deaths. D'Onofrio was a finalist in South Australia's 2017 Young Australian of the Year awards. He is currently looking to expand his business.
