Jennifer is the President and CEO of Media Street Productions Inc., an award winning television production company in Windsor, ON. She is proud member of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland and is a Past District Governor of District 6400.

 

Brian Rusch - our keynote speaker!  

Brian Rusch is the Executive Director of the Human Thread Foundation. Brian is a passionate advocate for human rights for all, and works tirelessly to inspire people, especially young people to become change makers for peace. His work has focused on developing educational youth programs that focus on reshaping conversations about peace, equality, and forgiveness.Brian previously was the Executive Director for the Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation, and the  Deputy Executive Director for the Dalai Lama Foundation, where he specialized in developing and managing projects and curricula to guide young people on their own exploration of ethics and peace. Throughout everything he does, Brian is guided by the South African philosophy of Ubuntu or “We are all connected. What affects one of us affects us all.”
 
Puanani Burgess:
Puanani Burgess, consults and does her work One-Peace-At-A-Time. She is also a poet, cultural translator and has been a lecturer with the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Hawai`i, where she was the first “Community Scholar in Residence.” She is noted for her experience in community, family and values-based economic development, mediation and storytelling processes as part of conflict transformation, and developing community-based organizations.
 
 
Ian Kitajima
Ian is a senior executive at Oceanit, one of Hawaii's largest and most diversified privately‐held technology company, with 160 scientists and engineers. He is responsible for corporatewide marketing and venturing for Oceanit’s award winning innovations, products, and services. His daily job is to explore and fund Oceanit's entry into new emerging markets, and to discover and integrate “Oceanit inside” engineers and scientists, who have led to its entry into Nanotechnology and Advance Materials, Renewable Energy, Cyber Security, Homeland Security, Modeling and Simulation, and Transportation Security.
