(i) Develop and institute a meeting program that would be interesting and engaging for all members

(ii) Organize and cater meetings other than regular weekly in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of all attending.

(iii) Liaise with the Club Sergeant to ensure meetings of a high standard and introduce innovative methods to increase dues at each meeting.

(i) Organize photos at all significant events and Club activities in a timely manner to support press releases, Club bulletin, Club website and monthly District newsletter.

(ii) Upgrade & maintain the Club’s website to ensure it reflects all activities and plans of the Club

(iii) Produce a quarterly Club e-newsletter and distribute within first week of next month to Interact and Rotaract Clubs, the AG and all Members this Rotary year.

(v) Ensure all members are fully apprised of all Club activities and reminders bi-weekly to implementation.

(xi) Institute a dedicated telephone number and e-mail access of the Club

Succession Planning

(i) Ensure above 70% attendance at Club assemblies and at least two attend Rotary’s Rotary Leadership Training Institute (RLI) at the next District Conference - 2014
