Rural Preservation Company of Clinton County (RPC) is a not-for-profit housing corporation geared toward addressing health and safety hazards of homeowners living within RPC's Clinton County, New York service area.  RPC's office is located at the senior housing site (Centennial House).  Any individual and/or family who meets income guidelines, has a health or safety situation that needs attention, and lives in RPC's approved service area.
