1.      Bike Race BBQ Saturday May 20  :  We will be operating between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30 at Elephant Walk under the gentle guidance of Chris Fryar. Our Trailer will be delivered before 6.00pm on Friday and delivered back to Wyndham after 5.00 on Saturday.

Members who have volunteered should contact Chris beforehand to sort out times.

2.      25^th Birthday Celebration Sat Evening May 20: The organising Committee assure me “all is in hand “ and a good night is certain. Be there between 6.30 and 7.00pm The first Drink is Free with good music and  food assured. An absolutely brilliant Raffle has been organised thanks to Rachel Adami and Gayle Evans so don’t be backward when Pamela Brewin offers you the chance to buy the winning ticket, only $5 or 3 for $10 or 8 for $20.  See you there.

3.      ANZAC DAY Thursday Next Apr 25. Our responsibilities will be much the same as previous years :  Crowd Control and Management at Point Danger  : Handing out Programs and collecting Donations on the Entry and Exit roads about halfway between the roundabout and the point, extra lighting has been arranged : Cooking Sausages at the Gunfire Breakfast tent in conjunction with the Lions. I am assured the weather will be better than last year on the grounds it couldn’t be any worse!!

4.      Bellbrae Primary School Spring Fair Sunday May 5th.   Rotary District 9780 will have a stall, manned by our Club, advertising the Rotary Program on BOWELSCAN. Give me a call if you can help out. I will be available.
