The Membership Committee provided their report on the collection of suggested names for possible new members. Garry Higgins, John Caulfield and Geoff James spoke of the process to date and the proposal to encourage new people to join Rotary. Over the next few months smaller groups of potential new members will be invited along to a meeting and as part of the meeting the Ink Spot for the night will be about Rotary. There will also be some current members who may describe their Rotary Moments and talk about why they joined and what they like about Rotary.
Existing members were asked if this would be an issue that we may see the same Ink Spots for several meetings. All members in attendance agreed that it would not be a problem.
