PP Garry Higgins (Chair of Membership committee) introduced PP PDG Geoff James to facilitate a Forum for a review of the current Maryborough Rotary Club members engagement levels.
Geoff provided note paper and member's broke into table groups to discuss collaboratively the responses to 5 key questions.
1. Should we change our current meeting rituals?
2. What would need to change for me to make attendance at Rotary meetings and events a bigger priority?
3. What is the best way of maintaining regular contact with all our members?
4. How can we ensure that members are as engaged as they want to be in the club?
5. How can we best ensure that all members in our club respect the efforts and level of engagement of all other members?
Each table was then asked to report back and then all information was collected and provided to the Membership committee for collation.
