Highton Rotary Changeover Dinner

The meeting brings an end to the Rotary year 2015 - 2017 and President David Farnsworth (and his Board) look back on the year when Be a Gift to the World was the Rotary International Theme, and then we welcome incoming President Barb Sheehan (and her Board) to lead the Club for 2016 - 2017 following the Rotary International Theme Rotary Serving Humanity.
