This will be the fifth and final meeting of the 2017-2018 Rotary Club of Guelph South Board of Directors.

Please be sure to respond to this email and advise your availability for this date so that we can ensure that we have a quorum.

The primary focus of this Board Meeting will be to set a Budget for the 2018-2019 Rotary Year.  

The incoming Directors that will sit on the 2018-2019 Board will also be invited to attend this meeting - it will be their budget!

A draft Agenda for the Board Meeting will follow closer to the meeting date.

(REMINDER:  The venue for Board Meetings is the Ramar Contractors office at 449 Laird Road, Unit 6 - Laird Rd & Kirkby Court, just east of Hwy 6 North)
