District Conference - Living the 5 Way Test

JOIN US FOR STORIES AND FELLOWSHIP ABOUT THE ROTARY EXPERIENCE

The evening starts with a social time and cash bar also the opportunity to view tables of Rotary projects and to put in a silent bid for some scrumptious dessert from the DMACC Culinary Institute and the Dutch Oven Bakery in Boone.  You can eat them after enjoying a meal of your choice or take them home to enjoy later!  There will be fellowship, Rotary stories, awards, an auction of a quilt and 2 unique metal and wood American Flags from Whiskey Works. This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet Rotarians from other clubs and HAVE SOME FUN!  You can participate in a district event that is a short time commitment, and is cost friendly.

THERE ARE TWO REGISTRATION OPTIONS:
1. In person attendance: social time, meal (4 choices) and the program.  The early bird price is $39.95, after March 15 it's $49.95.  This option is limited to the first 140 registrations received, with the Marriott planning for attendees to physical distance with 6 people per table in a room with a capacity of 420.  For everyone's protection, attendees are to wear masks when not eating and drinking.  Recommended attire: Business Casual.
This registration option closes when 140 tickets are sold or by April 16.

2. The hybrid version is $25 per person for those more comfortable attending virtually. All funds from virtual ticket sales will be divided equally between PolioPlus and Sukup Safe T Home. 
Hybrid registration closes April 22 at 9AM.

1. Online (at left) if you choose this method, their per person service/processing fee is added to your total.
2. Download the registration form at left and mail with your payment.
3. Call Carolyn at the Office with your registration 877-976-8279.

There is a block of rooms held for those that want to stay overnight.  Ask for the "Rotary Conference" rate of $99 when you book your room.
