North Scott Rotary welcomes back two of our previous members at the same meeting

Two former North Scott Rotarians have come back to rejoin the club.  Jeff Ashcraft is now a leader at the Handicapped Development Center in Davenport.  Jeff lives in Eldridge, is married to Crista and has three grown children.   

           Dr. Pascal DeLuca, past President of North Scott Rotary and retired superintendent of North Scott Schools, has returned to Eldridge to build his retirement home.  He retired in the Rockford, IL area two years ago.  Pat is married to Mary Ann and they have 4 grown children
