Is a project started by Rotary Clubs in Rochester, NY to help Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria. Total budget is over $65,000. We have been moving this project along for 2- 1/2 years and this week were finally able to drill and we hit water. Reported by PP Raymond Erb.
