CHARTER NIGHT

Happy Wednesday!!

Just a friendly reminder to register for our upcoming charter night  Charter Night celebration, on April 18^th starting at 6pm,  Harbour Grille, located in George The Shoppes at Grand Harbour, George Town.

If for any reason you cannot make it feel free to drop me a line. 

 

 

Dress code: Semi Formal / all-white  affair with a pop of colour.

Cost: $60

Start Time:  6- 7pm Cocktail hour (cash bar)

                    7- 9pm Dinner and Ceremony

Crab Rangoon and Veggie Spring rolls Cash Bar

 

Starters

Coconut Shrimp Served with a mango scotch bonnet sauce.

Strawberry and goats cheese salad. Mixed greens, Spinach, Goats cheese, sliced

Almonds and strawberries tossed in our house dressing.(vegetarian)

Tomato and Basil Soup. topped with pesto and cream. (Vegetarian)

 

Main

Pan fried Red Snapper served with her potatoes, steamed vegetables and tomato chutney.

Surf and Turf Filet Mignon and jumbo shrimp with mash potatoes and asparagus with a demi-glaze.

Eggplant and Chickpea curry served with Basmati rice pilaf and fresh cilantro. (both vegetarian and vegan)

Dessert

Red Velvet Creme brulee

Chocolate Lava cake
