Last Tuesday morning, Kathy Humphrey provided an overview of the City of Kamloops and its functions.  The City of Kamloops Director of Finance shared general statistics including property values and staffing as well as noting that there were 111 events hosted last year proving the city is called the Tournament Capital for a reason.
