This week we will learn more about our members Hala Saraj Zada & Loureen Oduor, who will each present an "ego speech" about themselves. The Rotary Club Ego Speech is a rite of passage for all new members, giving them the opportunity to share their family history, personal milestones and special interests with their fellow Rotarians.

Hala is from Afghanistan but has been living in Malmö since June of 2019. Studied Political Science and Economics.
She has 13 years of working experience in international organizations and the United Nations in political issues, human rights, women and empowerment, girls education, refugees, monitoring and evaluation and traditional justice.

Loureen is from Nairobi, Kenya and has lived in Malmö for a year now. She is trained in biotechnology and biomedicine and has worked mainly in biomedical research to gain better understanding of diseases such as malaria, cancer, and more recently, cardiovascular diseases

We're looking forward to getting to know Hala and Loureen in a whole new way!

This will be a hybrid meeting held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Malmö, and virtually on Zoom, with our speakers presenting at the Radisson.
