Our guest speaker Fredrik Slätterhed has over 20 years experience leading personnel an executive management in various roles up to and including CEO. Today he works with leadership in the form of education, counselling and lectures at the Maderik Institute of Management AB. His talk will focus on how the Fundamental Interpersonal Relationships Orientation (FIRO) model can help us adapt our leadership style to be more effective.
