We have not decided on a location for the Final Wind-up barbecue. Laureen is still searching.
We had planned a tree planting activity for Earth Day at RARE. This has been nixed., we likely will do this at a later date in the Spring. Discussions are still going on re a possible joint environment activity with the other Clubs.
District Conference is coming up, if you need more information you can contact the President
The President continues his personal tree planting of Oak trees.
Fred Schiedel informed us that Dr. Hank Nykamp who was a former President of our club recently passed away. His Funeral was held on Saturday.
We are still awaiting information of a possible Cluster meeting for the Cambridge Club
Dean is writing an article celebrating the 50th anniversary of our Club for the online Cambridge Times . There will be no mention of the club's "retirement plans"
Cambridge Today also wants to do an article on the club.
