Club stalwart, and inaugural member of the Canterbury RC since its inception in 1987, Tony Simpson has resigned as a Club member as his health issue makes it difficult for him to now come along to Club meetings.
Tony has held and filled admirably numerous roles in the Club including:
Secretary 94/95 and 95/96
Treasurer 04/05 and 05/06
International Director 96/97
Fund Raising Director 91/92
Market Roster Manager too many years to record
Tony will not be lost to the Club as he is still active with the Bike Riding group.
Tony and Jeanette will hopefully continue to be regular attendees at Club functions and social events.
