The Maling Road Auto Classico is coming up on Sunday 28 March.
Graham Bishop is holding a meeting after next Monday's Club meeting to discuss the organising of the Club's involvement at the event.
Fund raising at the Auto Classico will be through ‘Gold Coin’ collections, and using the "Square" contactless machine for donations using credit/debit cards.
The Club's involvement will feature sales of honey, and Wear the Wattle badges, and promoting the ‘FORaMEAL’ activities.
A roster of Club volunteers will required to cover from 10 am to 4 pm will be set up of the event.
