Welcome to this week's ClubRunner Corner.We had another successful Tutorial after last week's meeting, and we are very close to having all Members comfortable with navigating our website Home Page, especially the Members' Services section. I encourage all Member to explore, navigate, poke around the Home Page Menu Bar, there is now a whole lot of valuable and interesting information, and don't worry, you can't do anything wrong!
I also have a number of outcomes from the Tutorial to share with all Members.
Firstly, seeing we will be in Lockdown for some time to come, it was suggested that the recurring Zoom Link for our weekly meetings be held on the website for convenience. So to join each week's meeting on Zoom go to Members' Services/Club Meetings/Zoom Meeting Recurring Link (to 31 Dec 2021) and click on the link. Secretary Vijay will continue to email all Members each week with the link, but this may be a more convenient alternative.
Secondly, although it is preferable for you to access the "live" Member's Directory (and so much more) through the ClubRunner App on your phone (or on the website Home Page at Members' Services/Club Directory/eDirectory), there are some who wish to print a hard copy. This now can be done by going to Members' Services/Club Directory/Print Hard Copy of Directory. This will take you to the appropriate Reports/eDirectory Reports section of the website, where you can print either a summary of Member's names and phone numbers (option "Member Phone Directory", about 3 pages), or a full listing of all Member's names, addresses and phone numbers (option "All Members (without photos)", about 8 pages). Simply download the PDF and print it.
If Members require further assistance, I have written a procedure at Members' Services/Templates & Procedures/Procedures/Printing Member's Directory. I don't propose to discuss/debate this subject any more - however if anyone needs technical help, of course I am available to help.
