Richard Hoyt Jr is a lifelong Chico resident who attended Shasta Elementary, Bidwell Jr., Pleasant Valley and Chico State.

He has been married to Beth for 42 years and has two daughters who are both teachers.

He is a Motivational Speaker and Life Coach.  After spending 30 years in Pastoral Ministry as well as a business owner, Richard is dedicated to helping others live their best life.

While he helps people through any kind of transition, he specializes in helping business owners and salespeople remain positive in an ever changing world.
