Mark is the President and CEO of Golden Valley Bank. From 2004-2005 he was the Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking at Umpqua Bank. From 2002-2004, he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Commercial Banking of Humboldt Bank. Prior, from 2001-2002, Mark was the President and Director and Senior Lender of Tehama Bank. Mark has earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Financing) at Chico State and graduated with honors from the Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington
