Carl Leverenz
Carl is a practicing business and real estate lawyer in Chico, who has served on the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) since 1973 and currently serves as Chairman. In 2018 he received the Rotary Community Service Award.
Carl will be discussing current issues before LAFCo including the Tuscan Water District, Paradise sewer, the Paradise Irrigation District and annexation of islands in the City of Chico.
Carl attended CSU Chico, graduating in 1962, and UC Boalt Hall School of Law, graduating with his JD in 1965, being admitted to the California Bar in 1966.
