Welcome to the inaugural “Town meets Country” Rotary Club of Brisbane Charity Race Day. We are seeking expressions of interest in supporting our event by way of a sponsorship.

Our principal beneficiary will be the Royal Flying Doctor Service who provide critical support to our rural friends and families.

This is our inaugural meeting of our “Town meets Country” Race Day which we anticipate becoming an annual fundraising event. This will be our major fund-raising event for the year 2019/2020.

The Rotary “Town meets Country” Charity Race Day event will be held on Sunday 29th March 2020 at Corbould Park, Caloundra, with gates opening at 11:00 a.m.

Sponsorship Details
Available Packages:
• Platinum (1 available) $5,500
• Gold (2 available) $5,000
• Silver (4 available) $4,750

Silver Package:
Your generous contribution to the event would be highlighted in a number of ways:
• Naming Rights to a Race or Fashions in the Field
• Free full page of advertising in the Race Book
• Sky Racing coverage
• Placement of Advertising Banner on the day (if available).
• Free entry to the racecourse lunch and a five hour drinks package for ten in the VIP Champagne Garden overlooking the finish line and saddling enclosure (the TAB has a presence in the enclosure)
• Transport by luxury bus from Brisbane CBD to race track and back to Brisbane CBD afterwards
• Advertising on all Race Day notices prior to Race Day

Gold Package:
In addition to all of the above:
• Memento bottle of wine with photo
• Invitation to the Winners Circle Lounge to enjoy a replay of the race and a celebratory drink with the winning connections

Platinum Package:
In addition to all of the above:
• Naming rights and present the trophy for the main race of the day. Sunshine Coast Turf Club will provide the trophy and a company representative is invited to make a speech and present the trophy to the winning connections.
This day is a great way to reward clients, suppliers, your staff or just relax with family and friends in the knowledge that your assistance is doing good in the world by supporting Rotarians who are “ordinary people doing extraordinary things” in our community.
