Club Visioning at DHMC Auditorium C&D

Visioning is a process for a club to:

• Define a shared commitment
• Provide long-term direction
• Create a framework to establish goals and objectives
• Optimize use of resources

It helps to break the tradition of annual cycles and provides for continuity, consistency, and consensus.  Often Clubs end up “re-inventing the wheel” instead of moving forward. Visioning challenges clubs to look into the future. 

We are planning a visioning session for November 15, 2014 at DHMC in Lebanon.  Participants would come together between 8:30 – 12:30.  Refreshments will be provided.  Dennis Tobin will facilitate the process.  The plan is to work off the previous Visioning Plan developed in 2009 and bring it forward into the future.

I will be handing out a sign up sheet at tomorrow's meeting so that we can plan for the refreshments and space.  I attended the 2009 session and can attest to it being not only productive but a lot of fun as well.  I hope all of you can attend.
