Parking Lot Fundraiser

In lieu of our weekly meeting this Thursday night, the club will be fundraising by parking cars for donations down at the Bangor Waterfront for the Back Street Boys Concert.
***The board has voted that the donations raised will be divided equally amongst the volunteers (who want them to) to be donated to The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund in their names. Donations to the Annual Fund support Rotary world-wide and our club specifically, by coming back to us in the form of district grants.
We will be parking cars at 201 Main Street at the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust building. Please park in the free spaces in the street along the curb outside of the parking lot, and plan on arriving around 5 pm. That way, we can tie up these spaces for more cars to park in the lots. Dress appropriately (gets hot on a hot, sunny day parking cars on pavement!), and I will have some cold drinks for us. If anyone feels up to it after, we could find a place for dinner/drinks!
