The North American Center of Excellence for Transportation Equipment (NAmTrans) serves the large and diverse cluster of more than 50 transportation equipment and aerospace manufacturers in the seven-county North Country Region of New York State. A strategic subsidiary of the North Country Chamber of Commerce, NAmTrans builds active working partnerships between this cluster and other transportation equipment and aerospace clusters in New York,Quebec, Ontario, and beyond. Joel Wood, NAmTrans director, will update the club on its work since it was formed in in November 2018.
