1. Opening of the Meeting
2. To confirm the Minutes of the 38^th Annual General Meeting held on 26 Feb 2021
3. To receive and adopt accounts of RCPV for financial year ending 30 June 2021
4. To pass new Resolutions:  
   1. ​Resolution 1 : To adopt the recommended club constitution by Rotary International
   2. Resolution 2: That RCPV members subscribe to EREY at US$100 so that the club can continue to be an EREY club.
5. To Appoint/Elect New Board of Directors for Rotary Year 2022-2023
6. Any other business
7. Close of meeting

Dinner per person is S$ 65 nett and spouse come free with the compliments of RCPV.
