Exchange Student Emily Lepine's Year in Peru
At the September 2, 2014, Cadillac Rotary Club meeting, Emily Lepine spoke of her exchange year abroad in Peru. Emily lived with three different host families in Lima, Peru which is a town of about 9 million people. During her year she also visited Ecuador, Machu Picchu and the Amazon. Emily was in the high school for her first half of the exchange and was able to attend college during the second half of her exchange.
Emily presented President Robert Marcus with the flag from her Rotary Club in Peru. She also thanked the Rotary Club of Cadillac and its members for helping make this exchange year a great experience.
