Welcome back to our President Brian!

This meeting was used as committee meetings and an update to the club members.

President Elect Greg described his visit to Darling Range Sports College where he presented 5 Rotary Awards to VET students. He said the school would welcome more direct involvement with our Club in the future.
Committees had a productive discussion with their members and this format will be continued on a monthly basis. A general comment was that this was the best and most beneficial meeting in recent months. The outcomes of the Committee discussions were as follows:
CLUB SERVICE
Greg and Brian are in the process of planning the date and venue for 2020 Changeover.
Visioning Session will be organised together with PDG Hank deSmit - the new date will be advised

MARKETS
Good input form all members. Kaye is looking into buying a new Rotary 6x3m Marquee with our Logo printed on the canopy. This Marquee can also be used at other Community events to promote our Club.
The Market is going really well. We have more stallholders than required, so we need to be selective. A process has been established to address this issue. There will be changes in the Terms and Conditions for permanent stallholders to keep the Markets fresh and attractive.
Social media following is up to 8500.
This year we will be celebrating 20 years of the Rotary Markets in Kalamunda. It has been a huge success story and reasons for its success need to be publicised.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICES
A Bingo Night will be organised to raise some funds to support the various contributions made to International Projects. The Committee is working on details the event will be held in May.

Main issue is no money for promotion. This was resolved at end of meeting so no longer a problem.
