PASSAGES RESOURCE CENTRES ARE HIGHLY UNIQUE SERVICES THAT OPERATE USING A LOW THRESHOLD APPROACH; MEANING ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS THEY ENGAGE DIRECTLY WITH YOUNG PEOPLE AGED BETWEEN 12-25 YEARS THAT ARE IN VULNERABLE, COMPLEX AND HARD TO REACH CIRCUMSTANCES.
Approximately 39.3%* of Western Australia’s homeless are under the age of 25. The Passages Resource Centres support young people by providing a safe place to address their basic needs, build positive connections with staff and specialist services and receive outreach support and assistance with transitional accommodation.
Passages enables young people to access the support they need to make informed decisions and adopt safer and healthier lifestyles.
