Fundraiser Hat Day Breakfast Awareness Event

Details of the Hat Day - Saturday 27 July!

When do we start? We will be starting set up at 6 am on grassed area north of Dome.

What are we setting up? We will need to set up mobile stage, tables and chairs, marquees , generators ,bbq trailer and rubbish bins. Mick will have the bbq trailer, generators, bins and marquees.

Some members will be needed to go and collect tables and chairs from QE 2 centre, a ute would be handy. Although Geoff Wood from RCGG will have his. All of this will need to be packed down too so we will need a couple of members to help at the end please.

Geraldton Men’s Shed are cooking bbq.

When does the event beging? Event starts at 8am to 11 am.

What does participating cost? Breakfast is $10

Guest speakers Tony Allen and Adrian Bartlett and the artist Phil Doncon will be performing on stage, producing a masterpiece for auction on the day.
