Dear Rotary Club of Virginia Beach Board Members

Greetings.

You are kindly invited to the Rotary Club of Virginia Beach Board Video Conference meeting at 5:00 pm on August 2, 2021, to plan for the Club Membership meeting on August 12, 2021. We will send the conference  link in another email.

The Board meeting's agenda is:

1. Select from options for the Club dinner meeting locations.

2. Identify Rotarian who would assume the following responsibilities:

    a. Chair/Co-Chairs for Neptune Festival.

    b. Public Relationsduties, Face Book, wbsite, etc.

    c. Any other vacancies.

3. Preparation for the Brainstorming, planning meeting on August 12, for setting goals and objectives for this year.

4. Follow up on Brickell Scholarship - Dr. Talreja 

5. Interact Club

6. Plans and Status of Awards: Spirit of Virginia Beach, and other awards

7. Participation with United Way

8. Corks and Cures fund raiser

9. Schedule a time for fund raising activity presentation to the Board by represetative from the Azalea Art Auction - Amber/Linda
