Dinner and Program: Troopster Update!

CEO and Founder of Troopster, Chelsea Mandello, will join us to provide an overview, but with focus on some of the programs that Troopster is known for in Hampton Roads and beyond.  She will also talk about the year that was 2018 including their events, volunteers and countries where their packages were sent!  Come join us for a repeat visit from one of the region's newer, but most heartwarming and successful charities!
