Waimate's cycling GP, Dr Steve Fish stars in 'One Day Ahead', a movie documentary where 8 ordinary Kiwis take on all 21 stages of Le Tour de France, one day ahead of the actual race.
Led by Rouleur Bike Tours and coached by Olympic silver medalist and ex-professional Tour De France rider Hayden Roulston, the group’s mission was to raise money and awareness for the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand by cycling every stage of the 2018 Tour de France.

Local premiere screening at Waimate's Regent Theatre, Sunday 7 April 2019 at 4.00pm.
Net proceeds will go to the Mental Health Foundation.
