Hosting Waimate visitors

The Waimate club are planning a trip to the field days, their dates have not been confirmed yet, bit I understand they will be in the area all or part of the period from 14-17 Feb. I have invited them to our meeting on the 14th Feb, and to a planned prison visit on the 16th, (date to be confirmed, but we are expected on ths date at this stage). We are yet to hear from the Waimate club re their final itinerary. I have offered accommodation while they are here: please can you indicate if you are willing to host one or more Rotarians by clicking on the Waimate Hosting tab under the online registration tab. I may need to update details as their travel details become known

 These nine are present for the whole time and are traveling together,we will arrive in Mosgiel late afternoon,attend your meeting,travel to field days early Thursday,home late,we have Friday morning free if you have any suggestions what to do,and them join your club for prison visit. We will return to Waimate straight after that.
