Annual General Meeting

Please come along ready to participate in this years AGM. Mike has already sent out the papers for the meeting, please make sure you have read them and are ready to vote when required. The list of papers sent are as follows:

1. Agenda
2. Minutes of last year's AGM
3. Financial Statements of the Club and the Trust (I refer you to the Statement of Service Performance in the Trust's financial statement which essentially summarises my President's report to the AGM)
4. Resolutions to be Passed
5. Constitution to be adopted 
 
Also a reminder to bring along goods for the Wellington City Mission. Please bring food and other essential items to donate.
 
Any food contribution is greatly appreciated but please also consider donating such items as:
  • cleaning products
  • laundry power
  • toiletries and nappies

​These are all essentials but costly for those on low incomes.
