Eastern Hutt Rotary invites us to join them to raise funds for Mike King’s trust “Key to Life”. The aim of the trust is to reverse the population trends of depression and suicide by effecting positive social change.

Nearly all families in NZ know of, or are affected by somebody suffering from mental health issues. By taking part in the walk not only will funds be raised for a worthy cause, it will also raise awareness of mental health as a social issue.

The distance will be approximately 3 kms. We will walk to Petone Wharf and back to the Reserve.  Live music will be provided by the band No Strings Attached, including our member Margy Blis. A bbq will be provided.

Registrations will be available on the day, starting at 10am, with the walk commencing at 11am.

Adults $20; Students $10 and Family $45 - under 5 are free.
