Prevention of elder abuse

Rachel Heffernan has worked at Public Trust for 16 years in roles across estate administration and Personal Assist. She currently managing a team of 12 who manage client administration for those in the community who need help and support or who are no longer able to make financial decisions.

Elder abuse and financial abuse is becoming more common and Rachel will talk about how Public Trust can help and discuss some case studies.
