The Special General Meeting held on 20 June 2019, to vote on a adopting a new Constitution for the Club, based on the recommended Rotary International formate. The propsed motion was as follows:
"As part of the Club's strategic plan, a full review of the Club's constitution as been completed and it is the Board's recommendation for the Club to adopt the new Rotary International recommended Club Constitution with the aim to then immediately undertake a review of the Club's by-laws."
Moved Vince Indo and seconded Bill Morrison.
The vote took place by a secret ballot with 32 in favour of the motion and 1 abstention from the 33 memebers present.
