This story also ran in last weeks Bulletin, but as it's an important message in regard to ensuring the smooth running of our Club Meetings, here's another nudge just in case you missed it last week.
 
 
Just a "nudge" to all members to check each week to see when you are rostered for meeting "duties".
 
You must find a replacement and notify the President if you are unable to perform rostered duty.
 
  • Normal breakfast meetings are 7:00 am for prompt 7:15 am start
  • Set Up, Greeter, Attendance, Standby to arrive before 7:00 am (morning meet)
  • Evening meetings are 6:00 pm for 6:30 pm start
  • Set Up, Greeter, Attendance, Standby to arrive before 6:00 pm (evening meet)
  • Note that all members (except the President and Sergeant) are rotated to assist with meeting duties
  • If you have any questions about for your duty, please ask an experienced member
