Before reading on - please note that sometimes due to the size of the Bulletin the full document may not display when first opened.
Should this be the case, near the beginning of the Bulletin there will be a statement that says, "Having trouble opening this email? Click Here to view it online".
Further on in the Bulletin you may also see a statement that says, "This message has been Truncated due to size limitations, Show Entire Message".
In both cases be sure to click on the highlighted Blue instruction
