Trust
Board approved complying with Bruce Howe's advice and waiting for Rotary to update the Deed template before we amend our Deed.
In order to comply with 9.6 of the current Deed all Trustees will retire and the Presidents will announce the reappointed and new Trustees at the November AGM.
BeyondWater. (Speakers earlier this month). A $250 donation was approved.
District Grants 2 out of 3 applications were successful. (Basketball and Have a Go).
Science Forum. Board agreed to sponsor 3 x candidates. $3,000.
Spring RYPEN has been cancelled.
Foundation Donations. Gary will monitor progress.
