Dictionaries in Schools

Dictionaries are gifted to Year 3 children in low decile schools via a semiformal presentation in classroom or library. Children's names are inscribed in each book, from list supplied by school.  Special Rotary inscribed Dictionaries are sourced at low cost from:  Bill Boyd Foundation by application (e.g. proof must be established that school is low decile and that children in the school would benefit?)
