Speaker: Fay Patey ISANS

Fay Patey is the Employer Onboarder for the South Shore representing Immigrant Services of Nova Scotia.  ISANS is a not for profit organization that assists newcomers integrating into Nova Scotia and her role is working with employers to help them navigate through the process of hiring newcomers to fill positions that the company has been unable to fill.  She also speak to employers about opportunities mentoring, professional programs and cultural diversity in the workplace.
