National Night Out Eagan

Eagan residents, lock your doors and spend the evening outside with your neighbors! Effective Crime Prevention begins with strong neighborhood and community relationships.

National Night Out is designed to:

• Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
• Generate support for and participation in anti-crime efforts
• Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships
• Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back

Neighborhoods celebrate National Night Out many different ways:

• Block parties
• Cookouts
• Potluck suppers
• Games for children
• Barbecue
• Ice cream socials
