Thank you for your contributions, what a great outcome. Thanks Sally for the rushed signage job, they look great. Special thanks to Chris Chapple for giving Rotary the opportunity to raise funds for fire victims, and that The Farmers Market will also contribute to our final total. As discussed, I will contact Kerry Murphy in Myrtleford re information and local contacts for Rotary Clubs to distribute funds. Thanks Alan for your support which enabled me to leave early.

Next week, John and Roma take over the batten, followed by John and Kerry. We will then reassess the opportunity of another Sunday.

Chris is storing our chairs and signs, I have left some plastic ties for the signs, it would be good to have a few extra.

Collection Details (from Ross McDonald):

Our first week (of four) with our team collectors (Frank Lynch, Alan Field and Ross McDonald) collected a total of $939.55.

The cash donation in the two Rotary bins at the Farmers’ Market, as counted, was $706.55. Add to this $133 additional donation from a stallholder (as advised by Chris Chapple but not yet received in cash), and $100 cash donation from a local Eltham resident and his wife outside Ferguson's café, after the Farmers’ Market. Here there was a request to assist, if possible, farmers/residents who had no drinking water, much of it being made undrinkable due to fire retardants.
