Our club will be assisting with the WAFER Food Fair on Saturday February 22, 2020.
I committed to having 15 RAH Members, friends, family members there. Numbers need to be reported back to Erin two weeks prior, so please RSVP by February 8, 2020.
Info from Erin: Volunteers should arrive at 9:30. Dressing for layers, the weather, good shoes, hats/mittens, etc would all be good. We will most likely be inside unless we have an abnormal warm snap (which is possible with our wacky winter weather this year). It is here at WAFER, sort of. When we are inside we actually use a warehouse behind the building, at Mcloone. You will see all the activity when you arrive. Just come right in the building, but be careful for the trucks and forklifts. We’ll all gather as soon as the pallets are set up and talk about how the event will run.
