Bonus Lunch! Past District Governors from India

Past District Governor (PDG) Ravi Vadlamani and his wife PDG Raaji

In the days leading up to International Convention we will begin to see visitors from all over the world.  Thanks to our PDG John Neely, Metro has an opportunity to sit down with two visiting PDG's from India.  Ravi was the No 1 Dist Governor in the year 2001-02. He was awarded the “Global Quest Winner”. He added more than 2000 members and 38 new clubs. He is also a Pioneer in Global Grants and was associated with more than 150 Rotary Districts in implementing Global Grants projects. Ravi will HOST our District's GSE team to District 3150 in India later this year.

The format for this meeting will be casual.  There will be no attendance, but it will count as a make-up.  The Club is not providing lunch, so register to come, but lunch is on you.  We suggest you get there by 11:30-11:45 so you have time to order & pay for your lunch by noon.  Once you have your food, please come upstairs to the mezzanine.  We plan to have an informal conversation with the PDG's.  Hopefully we'll all gain some insight into global grants & projects as well as the upcoming GSE team.
