Mentoring Program
The Mentoring Program of the Rotary Club of White Bear Lake

“Passport for Success”

The Rotary Club of White Bear Lake’s “Passport for Success” new member mentoring program was begun in 2019. The purpose of the mentoring program is to increase new member satisfaction, increase new member engagement, and quickly integrate new members into the life of the club.

All new members are invited to participate in the mentoring program. New members are assigned a mentor upon joining the club. The mentor guides the new member as they complete a “passport” of activities during the first few months of club membership.

Club members who serve as mentors receive training and must be active members of the club for at least one year. The Passport for Success mentoring program is supervised by the club’s Membership Team. The documents and resources listed below are available to new members and mentors and provide helpful information about the Rotary Club of White Bear Lake and what it means to be a Rotarian.

Please contact the Membership Team Lead for more information about the Passport for Success program.
